While we have all been waiting for the struggles of 2020 to end, for us at Tendfor, 2021 also marks an exciting new beginning in other ways.

Over the last year we have separated completely from all our integrations with our previous ownership structure, and 2021 will be the first year we start with all the employees, all the tech and the entire quickly expanding operation run independently, all within Tendfor AB.

We wish to take this opportunity to thank our friends at Relevo for all the good times together.

With all the suffering in the wake of COVID during 2020, it was still a year of milestones for Tendfor:

• Tendfor was the first and only production platform in the world for contact center and switchboard attendant functionality natively based only on the new Microsoft Teams APIs.
• Tendfor was the first and only production platform in the world for contact center and switchboard attendant functionality natively working with Microsoft Calling Plans.
• We started new production customers in the 100% Microsoft cloud-based Teams platform in Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, the UK, and the US.
• We started more Enterprise customers and exciting partnership throughout the world than we have had time to tell you about, more to come on that later.

We wish to thank all our customers, partners, and friends for the great collaboration this year.

Tendfor also smashes a special virtual high five into the palms of all the pioneering customers that have now happily moved their professional telephony completely into the native Teams platform with Tendfor.

It was awesome to make history with all of you. 

We will kick off the new year with some very exciting news currently being tested by our amazing development team – stay tuned!
