How do you even begin to describe a year that has brought us so many new happy customers all over the world?
All we can do is thank our amazing partners, who have helped us bring Tendfor to happy customers in so many countries. Among them, some of the largest and most select enterprises in the world.
After being the first to release a true API-based platform for professional Teams telephony into full GA production back in late 2019.
2020 and 2021 has just been a whirlwind of adventure, as more and more partners realize we can help bring their customers into full no-drama Teams telephony production with all of the legacy features they are used to for their advanced contact center and switchboard attendant needs.
All this in a truly global platform that works with local breakouts for numbers from any service provider’s Direct Routing – and for Microsoft Calling Plans. The possibility to mix and match for true independence offers a completely new world for multinationals and local actors alike.
This is where the future is at.
We have been overwhelmed by the sheer pressure for delivery from leading public and private organizations, and the focus on always providing the most attentive service in telecom to our partners and customers all over the world has meant our social media game has not been the strongest this year.
Looking at even faster growth for 2022, and more and more of our communication going through our beloved partners, we can’t promise to do much better in that department for the upcoming year.
But boy, do we have a lot to tell you about what has happened and all the exciting things coming up.
