Tonight, we receive the news we have almost not dared to hope for from Microsoft Ignite – the Teams Calling APIs are out!

We are honored to be among the few tech companies introduced on stage as already having a contact center solution ready. 

More importantly, though, we are still the only platform in the world offering a fully featured attendant console in Azure for these new APIs. 

Kudos to Andrew Bybee and his amazing team – they are true heroes for the work they are doing with the Teams development.
